High season , the price will increase 20 € for apartament and night.
If you cancel 10 days before the check-in date you’ll be returned the amount paid. (Except for Christmas, Easter and four-day weekends).
Ask about the cancellation policy for groups.
In any other case, you’ll be charged the amount you paid as reservation. (50% of the total amount.)
In the case of Christmas, Easter and long weekends, the cancellations made within 16 days before the check-in date, you’ll be charged the total amount paid as reservation.
Once the reservation is completed, means the client accepts the above terms and conditions.
Stay:
Check-in between 2pm and midnight (please ask if you need to check-in earlier, let us know about your approximate arrival time).
The reservation is confirmed by the payment of the 50% of the total amount.
The rest shall be paid by the arrival to the apartments.
A 100€ deposit shall be paid by the check-in, which shall be reimbursed by the check-out if the apartment remains as it was by the check-in.
Pets are not allowed.
During your stay, you must avoid making noise, both in your apartment and in the common zones, especially at night.
The apartment’s management shall not be responsible for the valuable belongings kept in the apartment.
The apartments shall be left in the normal conditions of order and cleanliness, otherwise you’ll be charged 30 €
The loss of key shall carry a surcharge of 50 €.
The accommodations are exclusively for the persons who contract the service, they’re not interchangeable.
