Rates and Bookings
Here you can check the rates of our apartments. There are two categories: Apartments type A (which are more spacious ) and Apartments type B . The rates also depend on the season :
- High season: Easter, Christmas and long weekends.
- Low season: All year less high season.

Low season
- Apartments : "Cerro del Sol" and "Mauror". Those are perfect for two people. They also have sofabed for two extra people. Its price in low season is: 75 ¤/day for two people and 20 ¤ plus for each extra person (IVA included)
- Apartments : "La Sabika" and "Sacromonte" apartments are more spacious and have panoramic views. It is ideal for two people although up to four people can stay in it using its comfortable sofabed. Its price is: 90 € /day for two people and 20 € plus for each extra person (IVA included)
High Season Easter, Christmas and long weekends )
- Apartments : Those ar the ones called "Cerro del Sol" and "Mauror". Those are perfect for two people. They also have sofabed for two extra people. Its price in low season is: 90 ¤/day for two people and 20 ¤ plus for each extra person (IVA included)
- Apartments : "La Sabika" and "Sacromonte" apartments are more spacious and have panoramic views. It is ideal for two people although up to four people can stay in it using its comfortable sofabed. Its price is: 105 € /day for two people and 20 € plus for each extra person (IVA included)
Observations
- If you want breakfast, we can provide all the products so you can prepare it in the kitchen of your apartment. It is necessary to let us Know when you make the reservation. :
- CANCELLING POLICIES::
- Cancellations 10 days or more before the date of entry: We will returne the amount paid minus 10€ per cancellation fees. (Except Christmas, Easter and Bridges). Please ask for the cancelling policy for groups.
- In any other case will be charged the complete amount payed in concept of reservation. (50% of the total amount.)
- Christmas, Easter and Long weekends: for the cancellations done less than 16 days in advance we will charge the full amount payed in concept of reservation.(50% of the total amount.)
- Once the reservation is done, we considered that the customer accepts the Conditions above.
- Special price for 7 nights: Book 7 nights and pay only 6.:
- Stays longer than 7 nights: They have a 15% discount:
- Easter, Christmas and Long weekends: On these dates, consult the minimum stay:
- Minimum Stay:
- The minimum stay is two nights.
- The check-in is between 14h and 24h ( please let us know when do you arrive, when you do your reservation).
- Confirmation of the reservation will be done after the payment of the deposit, 50% of the total amount.
- The rest will be payed at your arrival in the apartments.
- No pets are allowed.
- During your stay please avoid making noises, both in the apartments and in common areas, especially at night.
- The directive of the apartments is not responsible for the valuavle objects deposited in the apartments.
- At your arrival in the apartment, we will ask you for 100€ as a deposit. The same amount will be given back to you at your departure, if every thing in the apartment is clean and in order.
- The apartment should be left in normal order and clean, otherwise will be charged 30 euros.
- In case of loss of the keys there will be a charge of 50€.
- The apartments are exclusively for the customers of the service, they are not interchangeable with other people.
